On Tuesday, there have been five attacks in South Kashmir, and one attack was carried out in North Kashmir. A total number of 13 security personnel have been wounded in these six terrorist attacks that shake Kashmir valley. Yesterday morning Pakistan violated ceasefire along the LoC in Poonch and Rajouri region of Jammu and Kashmir. The security forces assumed that terrorists had to register their presence following these attacks.
Terrorists threw a grenade at a Central Reserve Police Force, i.e., CRPF camp in Tral region of Pulwama district in which ten jawans were injured. As per Media reports ‘Ten CRPF jawans were injured in an explosion and were shifted to 92nd Base Hospital in Srinagar’.
Following the first one, the second attack took place in Anantnag region where militants fired at security personnel stationed at the house of a retired judge in Anchidora area, in this two jawans were reported to be wounded. As per Police the terrorists also looted four rifles from jawans positioned there.
Following this again the third attack took place at CRPF camp in Pulwama’s Padgampora area in which no one was injured. The grenade thrown by the militants exploded mid-air. Though, a cop suffered slight injuries following a grenade was thrown on Pulwama police station by the terrorists. Next attack, i.e., the fourth one is in Sopore in, north Kashmir with no harm.
Because of these attacks security forces in Kashmir are on high alert and it has been advised to avoid the movement of unnecessary and without security and the CRPF. On the other and jawans deployed on duty have been requested to be extremely guarded and alert as the terrorists can target them.
A preceding week a civilian was injured after terrorists attacked a police convoy on Srinagar-Jammu Highway in Qazigund area. In the meantime, on Monday, Indian group fired at the terrorists in Poonch. A severe combing operation was also carried out after the terrorists retaliated and ran back all along the LoC.
